I’m glad you’re here!
I’ve put together a nice assortment of bite-sized pieces of real estate news, entertainment, and resources I think you’re going to enjoy. (And maybe even learn a thing or two you never knew you wanted to know!)
Here’s a sneak peek at what’s on tap:
• Maybe this’ll make cleaning the house more appealing!
• When the macaroni art becomes your responsibility…
• Ever wonder what your childhood home looks like inside now?
But first, let’s start it off with my…
Meme of the Week
Want to know how timeless macaroni art is? Become an agent… You’ll see the work of an up-and-coming artist on someone’s fridge and a classic from 1973 up in someone’s attic, all in the same day. 😳
Maybe this’ll make cleaning the house more appealing!
According to this article, AI companies are paying people to strap cameras to their heads and record themselves doing chores like cleaning, cooking, and folding laundry. The footage is being used to teach robots how humans perform ordinary household tasks so they can eventually learn to do them for us.
Appealing was probably a strong word. But getting paid to do things you already do for free certainly doesn’t hurt!
When the macaroni art becomes your responsibility…
It’s easy to joke about all the stuff your parents have accumulated over the years and how many dumpsters you’ll need to clean out their house someday.
But the reality of actually having to do it can be far more overwhelming, expensive, and emotional than most people realize.
I recently published an article about just how much adult children can end up taking on when a parent downsizes, moves into assisted living, or passes away, along with some simple things families can do now to make the process easier when the time comes.
It may not be the easiest conversation to have with your parents, but it could be one you’ll be glad you had.

If so, there are some common issues you’ll encounter when handling the real estate portion of their estate. I’m sure you have plenty on your mind and a lot to deal with due to your loss. That’s why I kept this booklet as concise as possible while also making sure to cover as much as possible.
It won’t take you a lot of time to read through it, and it can definitely save you a lot of time, headaches, and possibly costs as you move forward.
I get that question a lot, and I’m always happy to answer it! But there’s no one-size-fits-all answer. That’s why this newsletter doesn’t include weekly stats or price updates.
Besides, most people don’t care about real estate data until it actually matters to them. So instead of stats, I just try to keep this fun and entertaining.
Curious about a specific house? Wonder what your place is worth? Or just want a quick market snapshot?
Just hit reply and ask me! I’m always glad to give you any information, thoughts, or data you want. (And of course, no obligation or pressure! I love any opportunity to talk about the market.)

Ever wonder what your childhood home looks like inside now?
If you’ve ever driven past the house you grew up in and wondered what it looks like inside now, you may have even been tempted to knock on the door and ask the current owners if you can take a look around.
Believe it or not, some homeowners absolutely love giving a tour to someone who grew up in their house! But that doesn’t mean you should just show up unannounced…
